The QWIK-Fit John Deere 40 Late Lower Upholstery Kit replaces the lower upholstery from the following models.
- 4040 (185707 - XXXXXX)
- 4240 (185707 - XXXXXX)
- 4440 (185707 - XXXXXX)
- 4640 (185707 - XXXXXX)
- 4840 (185707 - XXXXXX)
Make sure to identify your CAB serial number. The serial number to determine the correct kit is the CAB serial number located at the top of the door frame by the windshield wiper motor, NOT the tractor serial number on the rear of the machine. This kit is for models AFTER S/N 185706 and all serials with the SG-22 prefix.

Lower Cab Kit for JD 4440
We took out the cab kit and laid it out in order and then read the instructions, watched the video. I got up in the tractor while my husband put the silicone on each piece. He said, ok an 8 year old can do it.... I loved how easy it was to install! in total it took us around 30-40 minutes. VERY EASY!!!! thank you for putting this product on the market.
